How to Request Access
To request access to records, complete the prescribed PAIA request form (available from the South African Human Rights Commission at www.sahrc.org.za) and submit it to our Information Officer at info@azaniaconsult.com.
A request fee and access fee may be payable in accordance with the regulations. We will respond to your request within 30 days as required by PAIA.
Grounds for Refusal
Access to records may be refused on grounds permitted by PAIA, including protection of personal information of third parties, commercial confidentiality, and legal privilege.
Information Regulator
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
